My gunpla builder side is on! this is my third kit that I have built for this month...
Today we're going to look at this kit, the RG Unicorn Gundam.
UNBOXING
LEGS
The legs has a lot of details. The feet is connected by a peg with a hinge connected to the legs. The leg has a nice bend.
Pretty nice details on this one. Each skirts are connected by a ball joint and a hinge that can move up and down. Connection on the skirt is pretty secured.
BODY, ARMS and BACKPACK
The body has a nice part separation and has a lot of details on it.
The arms can bend pretty well and also has a lot of details.
For the backpack, it comes with blue and dark blue..has great details and the attachment for the beam sabers can be move up and down and side to side as part for its transformation. The boosters on the backpack is connected by a ball joint.
HEAD
The head has a nice details. They will give you three options for the antenna. An open V fin for destroy mode, a closed horn for unicorn mode and a transformable V-fin. I choose the latter. It is connected by a ball joint
MOBILE SUIT
This is what it looks like once build together. I pretty like the red inner frame that can be seen a little in between the parts of the kit. It somehow give the vibes that the kit is shouting that it can transform.
This kit is very articulated. It can do any poses anything that I can imagine for a kit.
WEAPONS and ACCESSORIES
The kit came with a beam riffle, bazooka, transformable shield, two beam saber effect parts, a pair of open hands and trigger finger hands.
The beam riffle is on full grey part. it has a movable hand on the side and can extend for inserting the magazines.
The bazooka can be extended longer. Also it has a movable part on the hind part for inserting the bazooka's magazine. It also has a movable handle at the side.
The beam sabers effect part is on the light pink color and can be hold by using the trigger finger hand. The shield can be connected by a clamp on the arms. It has a circular movement since it is connected in peg.
DESTROY MODE
I will not indicate how this kit can be transform to destroy mode. However, the transformation is not complicated and is very simple.
Once transformed, you can see how detailed this kit can offer.
It is really a great kit since the great articulation is not affected on its transformation.
Also, once in destroy mode, the beam sabers on the arms can be bend forward.
This kit can hold all of its weapon at the same time.

This is really an amazing kit. The gimmick, details, transformation, articulation and how solid the connection of every part is.
Color separation is not that visible for the white parts. It has white and off white for the armors, red and gray for inner frame and blue and dark blue for the feet and backpack.
Again, the transformation is not that complicated. The way that Bandai engineered this kit is really awesome.
Truly, this is one of the best RG kit that I have built so far. This is a must buy for Unicorn series fan.
BONUS:
If you are wondering if the weapons for the HG Full Armor Unicorn can be attached to this kit... Unfortunately it can't. However, I tried just slabbing the gatling shield on its arms, some it holds but not securely... It's a shame though.. I really hoped that this kit is compatible for the weapons on HG FAU
